Story
We provide early intervention services for a single mother with a premature infant, born 14 weeks early and weighing 2 pounds at birth, who is in need of resource support. The family needs support with formula, diapers, wipes for the infant as well as food and personal care item resources for the mother. The mother is on leave from work and is unable to return to work at this time as the infant is medically-fragile and not able to attend daycare.

While all children grow at their own pace, some children experience delays in development. Special health conditions may also affect development. Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) offers information, support and referral services to help at no cost to families. ECSE programs provide supports and services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children with a delay or disability and their families.
