This will provide one power tool set for a youth currently participating in our program. He or she is working to build basic construction skills and learn how to safely repair things at home.
Owning a personal set of tools takes away a financial obstacle standing in the way of that progress — giving this student the chance to keep learning, keep practicing, and start imagining a future built with their own two hands.
Bolder Options empowers middle school youth (10 – 14 years old) through one-to-one mentoring. Our program pairs each youth with a volunteer mentor (21+) who meets with them every week for a year, providing a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and development. Our goal is to help young people build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve their full potential....
