Families moving out of homelessness into stable housing

Partner: Project Reach

Category: Babies, Shelter

Story

Moving out of homelessness is the ultimate goal for families and it is a journey to get one’s family into stable housing. For many families, they get into a new home and have lost many of their belongings moving between the homes of friends and family, to cars, to hotels to shelters. These “move-in”kits allow families to restart their lives in their new homes with items that are so helpful in this new chapter of their journey.
