Pots & Pans

Location: Minneapolis

Category: Food, Shelter

Story

After more than a year in recovery, Malea just moved into her own apartment—a huge and hard-earned milestone. She spent the last year serving as the house manager at the Sober Home in Minneapolis, helping countless women on their recovery journeys. Now she’s teaching and working part-time as she rebuilds her life.

But starting over is expensive. Every dollar she earns is going toward rent, leaving nothing for basic home essentials. Having quality cookware will help her prepare meals at home, save money, and bring comfort and normalcy to her new space. A simple set of pots and pans will: make her new apartment feel like home, help her stay healthy and budget-wise and show her she isn’t rebuilding alone.
