Doug is in need of food and proper winter clothing. In the past, he suffered severe frostbite on both of his hands, which led to chronic arthritis and limited use of his fingers. Simple tasks like gripping, lifting, and carrying bags are very difficult for him, so he often needs help when shopping or bringing things into his home. With the cold weather approaching, having warm clothing, support, and consistent access to food would make a tremendous difference in his safety and well-being.
