Support an Unaccompanied Youth experiencing homelessness finishing her GED to attend post-secondary school

Partner: Project Reach

Category: Babies

Story

This youth has been experiencing homelessness off and on for much of her school life became an unaccompanied youth when she was 16 and is now 19 years old. This student is bright and very curious; she is committed to her education and eager to get her GED done so that she can continue on with post-secondary school at a local university to pursue her dreams. This student works during the day and early evening so that she is unable to access the local library computers to study or access the internet. This young woman is hoping that she could get a chrome book so that she can complete their study materials, prepare for her exams and then apply to school. This would springboard her into her next leg of her journey towards academic exploration, personal autonomy and ongoing independence.

Any assistance to make this happen is greatly appreciated!
