She is having difficulty figuring out how to pay rent and bills + groceries as she adjusts to this new normal and figures out additional resources.

Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) offers information, support and referral services to help at no cost to families. ECSE programs provide supports and services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children with a delay or disability and their families.
