Destiny needs baby formula because her son arrived three weeks early, and she hasn’t been able to get her benefits set up yet due to delays from the recent government shutdown. She is currently unable to provide formula for her newborn without assistance. She is in the process of waiting for her benefits to come through but it takes time to come through.
