We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in 2008 with the goal of strengthening communities by using a unique approach. We take new social ideas, incubate them, and scale them into sustainable projects.

90% of our work takes place in Carver County MN. One of our current projects that LiftUp will support is the Carver County Family Resource Center. We are working in partnership with Carver County HHS to create a sustainability plan for the FRC.
