myHealth for Teens and Young Adults is a non-profit clinic in Hopkins, MN that serves ages 12-26. myHealth’s Clinic-Based Program provides low-cost and comprehensive and preventative medical care. myHealth’s Mental Health Program provides low-cost or no-cost counseling, education and outreach services. myHealth‘s Community Education Program provides educational presentations to middle to high-school age youth, young adults, parents, community members and professionals. The Becoming Program provides home visiting services for pregnant and parenting clients.

The Becoming Program will be the primary myHealth program making Lift Up requests. The Becoming Program provides free health services, education, support, and assistance to pregnant and parenting teens and young adults. Participants meet with a public health nurse who provides home visits focused on pregnancy and parenting support. Clients are connected to community resources, learn about and track child development, learn about nutrition and wellness, receive counseling around future planning and goals, and much more.
